Liam brings to the GM Properties family over 5 years of invaluable experience in Commercial Real Estate Data and Research. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from UCLA, and a California Salesperson license. He is a member of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association, with whom he gained 3 years of his experience. His professional growth over the years has given him the opportunity to lead research teams, and he is passionate about continuing to develop and learn how to better meet his clients’ needs every day. In his role, attention to detail is paramount. Liam is meticulous in what he gathers for the benefit of his clients, and strives for the quality we stand for at GM Properties.

In his spare time, Liam enjoys playing music, and spending time surfing at our beautiful Californian beaches.
