PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROWTH

In 2024, GM Properties expanded its property management portfolio at an unprecedented rate, adding 22 new management accounts—the largest single-year increase in company history. This growth includes 139 units totaling nearly 600,000 sf, bringing our total to almost 200 entities under management. Our diverse portfolio spans industrial, office, retail, and medical & office condo association properties. We remain focused on optimizing operational budgets, streamlining maintenance, and enhancing tenant satisfaction to ensure long-term value for property owners.

BROKERAGE ACHIEVEMENTS

Our brokerage division also reached new heights, completing 222 lease and sale transactions while strengthening our presence in key markets. In addition, we successfully negotiated 314 lease renewals, reinforcing long-term relationships between tenants and owners. Through a continued emphasis on market research, local expertise, and data-driven strategies, we helped clients navigate an evolving commercial real estate landscape.
