Dustin Wheelan

Dustin Wheelan serves as GM Properties’ Vice President, Brokerage, responsible for sales, leasing, and new business. He has sold many different multi-tenant industrial complexes and brokered at least 1,000 transactions over the course of his career. In addition to industrial warehouses, Dustin also works on many retail, commercial, and land development deals. He has collaborated with national and regional tenants such as Starbucks, Chase, O’Reilly’s, and Pieology.

Dustin joined GM Properties in 2007 as a licensed Broker and has since become one of the top-producing agents at the firm and winner of the “Broker of the Year” award multiple times. He sees being open-minded about handling new and varied properties as well as market knowledge as closely linked. He pours himself into each project, large or small, which has resulted in deep and varied industry experience.

Prior to GM Properties, Dustin worked as a technician for Mercedes-Benz dealerships and has always had a love for classic muscle cars. He enjoys archery and home improvement projects.
