Perla Pinedo

Perla Pinedo serves as GM Properties’ Administrative Assistant, responsible for supporting one of the company’s most talented real estate agents, Tyler Portman. She also takes on a wide variety of assignments such as drafting lease contracts and renewals, overseeing property inquiries, marketing, and more. Perla joined GM Properties in 2023. Prior to the company, Perla worked in management and training in the service industry.

She enjoys learning about Southern California’s diverse commercial real estate market and hopes to be a part of the GM Properties team for many years. After hours, Perla enjoys going to the beach. She also loves hiking and spending time with her family.
