A Record-Setting Q3 for GM Properties
Q3 2026 marked a record-setting period for GM Properties, with new company highs in both Property Management growth and Brokerage activity.

CLIENT GOALS AT THE CENTER
For GM Properties, these records represent more than growth. Each new management assignment reflects an owner entrusting the team with the performance and long-term stewardship of an important asset, while every brokerage transaction represents an opportunity to help a client achieve a specific business objective—whether leasing or selling a property, renewing a tenant, or securing the right space for a business.
That responsibility continues to shape how GM Properties serves clients: with local market knowledge, hands-on service and long-standing relationships focused on helping owners and tenants move their real estate goals forward.
We’re grateful to the clients, tenants, referral partners and team members who helped make these milestones possible—and we’re looking forward to what comes next.
