As a Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker at GM Properties, you will be a key player in driving our business growth. You will leverage your expertise to develop and execute strategies for acquiring, selling, and leasing commercial properties, including office, industrial, retail, and land. Your role will involve building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating transactions, and providing market insights to guide clients in their real estate decisions.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Provide clients with detailed market analysis, property evaluations, and leasing information.
  • Conduct property tours with prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Prepare comprehensive property marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online listings.
  • Negotiate lease and sale agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
  • Manage the transaction process from start to finish, including due diligence and contract preparation.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
  • Mentor junior brokers and contribute to the overall growth and success of the team.


  • A valid Real Estate license.
  • Proven track record in commercial real estate brokerage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
