Cormac Hayes

Cormac Hayes serves as Brokerage Associate, responsible for guiding property owners through the complexities of the market and supporting them with trusted expertise. He also provides clients with market insights and property information to support their investment decisions. Cormac joined GM Properties in June 2025.

Prior to joining GM Properties, Cormac spent six years at AIR CRE as a Research Associate, where he focused on researching property listings and sales comparables for multi-family properties. In this role, he compiled and distributed inventory reports to member brokers, ensuring the accuracy of listings across the organization. In addition to his professional experience, Cormac also worked as a coach at a jiu jitsu gym in Whittier, leading classes for children ages 3 to 16.

Cormac graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a concentration in finance. He continues to live in Whittier, his hometown, where he enjoys training in jiu jitsu, playing guitar, and spending time with his siblings.
