Maintenance and Operations Director Oldin says nothing is more enjoyable for him than preparing a property for a new tenant. Oldin goes to great lengths to ensure the properties he takes care of are in tip-top condition. This includes making sure every inch of a building or rental space is clean and in proper working condition.
Oldin began working for GM Properties in 2007. Prior to this, he worked in the maintenance department of a hotel in Las Vegas, where he grew up. He loves maintenance work, as he is a hands-on person and enjoys helping others. Oldin lives in Whittier with his wife and three children. He’s also a devoted coach of junior basketball.
