PJ Gordon

PJ Gordon serves as one of GM Properties’ Property Managers, responsible for collecting rents, managing maintenance requests, coordinating with brokers to fill vacancies, creating and setting budgets, managing the cash flow within entities, and communicating with tenants and property owners.

PJ joined the GM Properties team in 2022 where he has cultivated a unique blend of academic and professional experience during his tenure. His unwavering commitment to quality and attention to detail have made him a trusted and diligent asset to his clients. PJ remains dedicated to advancing his skills and knowledge to better serve his clients and meet their evolving needs.

Prior to GM Properties, PJ held an internship in residential real estate. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Westcliff University in Irvine, CA.

In his free time, PJ enjoys watching and playing sports with friends and family.
