Alec Labrada

Alec Labrada serves as GM Properties’ Assistant Property Manager, responsible for assisting tenants with day-to-day concerns, maintaining and securing properties, managing maintenance requests, requesting project bids, doing site visits to ensure the quality of vendor work, and preparing vacant units for listing. Alec joined GM Properties in 2023.

Prior to GM Properties, Alec worked in insurance sales across a number of verticals including life, auto, and home. He also gained experience while operating as an assistant service manager for Toyota. Additionally, he served in the Navy.

In his free time, Alec enjoys going to the gym and attending concerts and music festivals.
