Matt Wagner, CCIM

Matt Wagner serves as GM Properties’ Vice President, Brokerage, responsible for finding new outside leads and deals as well as performing broker duties for some of GM Properties’ internal accounts. Highly experienced in commercial real estate brokerage, commercial property management, and commercial association management, Matt is passionate about the world of real estate and focuses primarily on the Southeastern Los Angeles, Mid-Counties, and North Orange County commercial industrial markets. Matt joined the GM Properties team in 2008.

A previous winner of the “Broker of the Year” award, Matt is a California State University, Fullerton graduate with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Agent and California Notary. He is a member of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association and a past president of the Paramount Rotary Club.

Matt has also achieved the CCIM designation and is proud to have gone through the professional training that CCIM provides. He feels that the tools and skills that were provided to him give the relevant knowledge and a platform to constantly evolve with that industry. As he sums it up, “it’s an achievement that will benefit me for the rest of my career.”

Matt played professional baseball for seven years before he embarked on his commercial real estate career. He lives in Orange Park Acres with his wife and two daughters.
