Tevia Lindow

Tevia Lindow serves as GM Properties’ Staff Accountant, responsible for full-cycle accounting. She also helps with monthly owner distributions, filing and running reporting for management and property managers, and processing the maintenance team’s time sheets. As a highly experienced and professional accountant, Tevia is dedicated to helping solve problems for tenants. She joined GM Properties in 2022.

Prior to GM Properties, she garnered over 20 years of accounting experience at fuel and oil companies including Downs Energy where she served as an Accounts Payable Supervisor and Lucas Oil Products where she served as a Staff Accountant.

Tevia holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California Baptist University. She is excited to contribute her talents, proficiency, and motivation toward team efforts. Outside of work, Tevia enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog, and going wine tasting.
