ASSOCIATE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER

Location: Whittier, CA – Southern California Region

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Associate Commercial Real Estate Broker at GM Properties, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the growth of our business while gaining invaluable industry experience. You will assist in acquiring, selling, and leasing commercial properties, including office, industrial, retail, and land. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial attitude, a strong work ethic, a knack for numbers, and excellent communication skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support senior brokers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Assist in providing clients with detailed market analysis, property evaluations, and leasing information.
  • Participate in property tours with prospective clients, helping to highlight key features and benefits.
  • Help prepare comprehensive property marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online listings.
  • Assist in negotiating lease and sale agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
  • Help manage the transaction process from start to finish, including due diligence and contract preparation.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the team by collaborating effectively and sharing knowledge.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • A valid Real Estate license (or be in the process of obtaining one).
  • A strong interest in commercial real estate and a desire to build a career in the industry.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
