GM Properties Secures Top Ranks in LABJ’s 2026 Book of Lists

This year, GMP ranked #8 in Industrial Property Management and #12 in Overall Property Management, based on the total square footage of commercial property managed in Los Angeles County. These rankings represent a significant year over year advancement from the firm’s 2025 positions of #11 in Industrial Property Management and #18 overall, underscoring GM Properties’ continued momentum and growth.
