Harry Lu serves as GM Properties’ Vice President, Brokerage, responsible for getting his clients the best possible transaction, whether it be in the purchasing or leasing of a property. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial properties, Harry has completed more than 200 sales and leases of industrial warehouse units. Paying dedicated attention to siting and fringe value, Harry has seen appreciation in property value on behalf of buyers, near-full occupancy rates of industrial on behalf of lessors, and stability of occupying warehouses below market rate on behalf of lessees. His present property inventory includes five land parcels of 0.5 – 0.8 acres in Lake Elsinore, a fast-growing city of more than 60,000 residents. Harry joined GM Properties in 2002.
Prior to GM Properties, Harry worked as a registered mechanical and chemical engineer. Harry had participated in engineering, construction, and operation of eight mega projects including nuclear power plants, petrochemical, oil refinery, and sea water desalination plants in the United States, Taiwan, and Saudi Arabia.
Harry holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Tennessee Tech University.
