Lali Peruvamba

Lali Peruvamba is a seasoned Property Manager with a diverse background spanning over three decades in the commercial real estate industry. She joined GM Properties in January 2024, overseeing the smooth transition of properties from the acquisition of T. F. Merrick Co., Inc.’s portfolio. She is responsible for maintaining client properties through budgeting, financial tracking, capital improvements, collecting rents, managing vendors, and handling maintenance requests. She maintains close relationships with property owners, tenants, and brokers to ensure seamless execution of her portfolio of properties.

Prior to her current role, Lali served as Property and Office Manager at T. F. Merrick Co., Inc., where she managed industrial, flex, and office properties. With over 30 years of experience, she facilitated property assessments, transaction structuring, and administrative functions. Lali’s tenure at Merrick honed her skills in stakeholder interaction and provided invaluable experience in property management. She began her career at American City Properties, managing a 210,000 sf retail center in Norwalk, California with its landmark lighted “Norwalk Square” sign.

Lali graduated from Hofstra University with an MBA in Business Computer Information Systems. She also holds a graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai, India, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, and Accounting. In her free time, Lali leads, trains, and volunteers at yoga classes and mentors teens through socio-cultural organizations. She values spending quality time with friends and family.
