Laura Goodman

Laura serves as one of GM Properties’ Assistant Property Managers, responsible for maintaining and securing properties, managing maintenance requests, assisting tenants with day-to-day concerns, requesting project bids, doing site visits to ensure the quality of vendor work, and preparing vacant units for listing. Laura joined the GM Properties team in 2024.

Prior to GM Properties, Laura worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant at TF Merrick Co., Inc. for nearly 30 years. As part of the team, she provided administrative support, liaised with vendors and tenants, oversaw property management documentation including provisions of insurance certificates, and input real estate listings.

In her free time, Laura volunteers at her church and assists with youth programs. She enjoys spending quality-time with family and friends.
