Oldin Mayorga

Oldin Mayorga serves as GM Properties’ Maintenance Director, responsible for preparing properties for new tenants. Oldin goes to great lengths to ensure the properties he takes care of are in top condition. This includes making sure every inch of a building or rental space is clean and in proper working condition. Oldin joined GM Properties in 2007.

Prior to the company, he worked in the maintenance department of a hotel in Las Vegas, the city where he grew up.

He loves maintenance work as he is a hands-on person who enjoys helping others. Oldin lives in Whittier with his wife and four children.
